As soon as you signup with Rise, we will set Google Meet as your default conference solution. You disable this by opening the Settings Menu and setting the default conference solution to None or another solution.
Google Meet is enabled by default. In the given situation that your Workspace Admin disabled creating new meetings with Google Meet, it will not show up as an option when choosing a video conferencing solution from the event details.
When you choose Google Meet while creating or updating an event, we will communicate with Google’s service to initiate the creation of a new Google Meet link. This happens asynchronously, and the link will show up in the event as soon as the Google Meet link has been created.
