By default team members will only be able to see your freebusy schedule which does not include the event title, nor the location of the event.
Follow these steps to open up a calendar for your team members:
- Visit the outlook calendar settings page and open the Shared calendars menu.
- Choose the calendar you want to share and click on the Share button,
- Either choose a specific person to share the calendar with, or share it with your whole organization using the Can view all details option.
