How do I view a colleague’s calendar?

Simply press C or go to the colleagues search in the left sidebar. You can search anyone you have access too and it will show her/his calendar. If they’re in a different timezone it will automatically show their timezone too.

TIP you can hit the ⭐ icon to pin colleagues to your list. It will be easier to open their calendars, plan a meeting and see what they’re up to.

Best time to meet

If you’re viewing your colleagues calendar it will, if there is enough availability, highlight the best times to meet. It will be the time that has least impact on focus time and take everyones preferences into account.
